Orders
If you order an item that is on Pre-Order, please be advised that the dispatch date is a target, and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-ordered products being sent to you, we will get in touch to provide an updated delivery estimate to help manage your expectations.
Promotion terms and conditions
Occasionally Mena might hold special promotions for specific products or services or for specific time periods. These promotions are subject to these terms and conditions and also might be subject to other terms and conditions appropriate to the specific promotion. Shipping
Delivery dates will vary depending on product availability and your location. Your online shopping basket will advise of charges and estimated delivery dates at point of order.
International delivery
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or virtual addresses. In the rare situation that there might be an issue with your delivery or the items, please contact our team by email at joy@mena-pause.com
What happens if one of my items is missing or broken?

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?
If you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will try to follow special delivery instructions if provided. Where there are no special delivery instructions, the courier will either leave the package at a secure location at your property, give the parcel into a neighbour for you if possible, or they will take the goods back to the delivery centre. A card will be provided to advise where your parcel is located.
Returns
If you do change your mind about your order and no longer want your items, please contact us at joy@mena-pause.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Original delivery charges are non-refundable if your order is returned, except in cases where there is an issue with the order. The cost of postage and safe return of goods is the responsibility of the customer until the order is back in our warehouse. We recommend that a trackable method of postage is chosen, and we ask that you keep proof of postage. Once your order has been returned, we will get in touch to let you know it has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.

Where it is not possible to supply all items requested in your order, we will contact you and offer a similar replacement or refund.
